Mmmmm Garlic

IMG_0568So I have got some new beds to plant. I hooked up with Shifting Growth, I will be doing some volunteer work for them. The exciting part of this is that now I can plant garlic. I know it’s a bit late, but I think it will be fine.

28 Italian Porcelain from the farmers market Dec 8 was planted on the south side of the bed. I am calling these “Ivory Eyes”. 28 Red Russian from the Red Tractor (Organic Acres Market) Dec 6 was planted on the North side of the bed.

Super Gourmet Lettuce Blend

Well the first sowing was leggy. Adding weight to see if that helps. I will be replacing the bulb with a stronger variety soon.
